Description
The modern fitted kitchen contains a double oven, 5 ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge / freezer. Leading into the living room, where you'll find a wood burning stove and smart TV along with a large industrial style dining table and bench seating - perfect to gather around with a takeaway and games!
A feature wooden staircase leads up from the ground to first floor. On the first floor is the master bedroom, with zip and link beds that can be set as two singles (on request)*, this bedroom leads to a stylish en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is also a single bedroom on this floor, which shares a 'secret door' into the shared en-suite! Up on the 2nd floor is a further King size bed, with adjoining en-suite shower room. The house is perfect for families, or 2 couples holidaying together, offering an element of privacy with the two en-suite bedrooms. Please note there are steep stairs to the first and second floor, so please take care with children.
There is a small 'Yarden' at the back of the house, big enough for a glass of wine before heading out for the evening. We provide a parking permit for free on street or car park parking.

Thank for you for a lovely stay at the cottage. All the information we had prior to arrival was helpful. The property was as expected and described. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were cosy and comfortable. The location was fabulous and being able to park outside was very helpful. We found some of the door handles a bit stiff and hard to turn but easier once we got used to them! There is not a door for those staying on the top floor so just be aware if guests are downstairs whilst upstairs guests are trying to sleep it may be difficult! No problem if everyone is up or sleeping at the same times of course. Overall we really enjoyed the property and would recommend as a great base for exploring the area.

Location and cottage was amazing. Everything was in walking distance. There was loads to do and the cottage was cosy and accommodated well for our family.

Great for an extended family of five of three generations. Stairs to the top floor only for fully mobile and fit otherwise a hazard.and many places to bang your head! fantastic kitchen if you want to cook. Many things to do around town and also further afield if you want to travel. Many cafes restaurants pubs with food. Great communication with the booking company who were very helpful. We would certainly book with them again. Worth five stars as long as you are aware of and can cope with the ascent to the top floor.
This is a great little cottage, much better equipped than most self catering places, and nicely decorated. The location is great for exploring Weymouth, although parking can be a challenge!

We had a fantastic stay, the cottage was in a brilliant location and the hosts were friendly, helpful and very responsive. It was our first time in Weymouth, but we would love to go back! All the local people were also friendly and helpful, which made our trip!
Cobb Cottage in Weymouth was amazing. Beautiful decor, bright and airy and excellently positioned right on the harbour, tucked away down a quiet street. Amy was very helpful and kind, with added touches for a special birthday, thank you. ���� Weymouth is fantastic with so much to see and do, right on our doorstep including boat trips and a train ride, didn't need the car at all which happily sat right outside our door. Excellent restaurant recommendations made, our favourite being the Crab House Cafe. Would highly recommend staying here with Jurassic Coast Holiday Home's. Thank you

Had a fantastic stay in Cobb Cottage with my Hubby, Son and 87 year old Father. Excellent location, lots to see and do, some really great places to visit. Enjoyed our daily walk in Nothe Gardens. There was plenty room for parking, which is a must. I have a Ford Ranger Wildtrack so the added bonus to be able to park right outside the house with the parking permit was fab! The cottage was so clean and tidy. Loved the log burner, along with the underfloor heating couldn't ask for a more cosier cottage. Excellent appliances, lots of utensils for hubby to use as he does all of the cooking ���� For those of you that use a microwave, this is part of the main oven and was really easy to use or so hubby informed me ���� Looking forward to returning soon! Stopped at Cobb Cottage in the last week of June 2023. It was just as described and beautifully presented. It had a really nice feel to it. The hosts were very informative and responsive when we asked for information. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Weymouth and will definitely stay there again.
