The Space 

This delightful two-bedroom apartment has been thoughtfully renovated into a contemporary and stylish holiday retreat, perfectly located just moments from the town centre and beach. Once inside, you'll discover a bright and inviting apartment which makes a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. 'Cockleshells' is an ideal base for couples or a family who are looking to explore the local area and all it has to offer. 

Living Room: Large glass windows slide open to create a 'Juliete' style balcony. From here, you can see glimpses of the sea and coastline to the east. The living room is also complete with comfortable sofa seating and Smart TV. 

Kitchen: Modern and well equipped, complete with a fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. There is also seating around a dining table for four people. Large sliding glass doors open out to a south facing balcony. 

Balcony: South facing balcony, with bistro style seating for two.

Bedrooms: Two stylish bedrooms, one Super King and one twin. Bedding and towels provided.

Bathroom: Modern family bathroom with bath and shower overhead, wash hand basin with mirror above, heated towel rail and W.C.

WiFi: Included.

Guest Provisions: Bed linen and towels are provided. We supply a welcome pack of basic guest supplies to get your holiday started, including toilet roll, hand soap and washing up liquid. Please bring your own beach towels.

Fuel: Electric heating throughout.

Dogs: Sorry, no pets.

Parking: The apartment has no allocated parking. On street parking can be found in nearby residential streets, or in the nearby metered car parks. Please visit 'Swanage.gov.uk' for more parking information.
